Looks like someone playing about with a PDA because the MCs wouldn't normally be scanning a RD item. It should be scanned as accepted at POL and the next scan should be delivered/not delivered.
Ooooooh, I've just got what it might mean... Collected by customer? Scans can sometimes get out of order if there's a technical issue, and different systems used.
It could be a bulk delivery thing where they perhaps collect their mail instead of delivered?
I hope so. But its been 3 days and its still got the same status, and is still ' progressing through our network'. Ive emailed RoyalMail customer services but as its RD i dont think they would be able to tell me much!
ive been told that it may be also because its been sent to a PO Box and it may have been collected from there..like a business collection. Not sure how likely it is though.

Got response from RM Customer Services saying that they had checked all the information available, and stated my item had been delivered on May 5th. I also got a letter attached containing a signature and initial of whoever signed for it. Although im thinking the postie signed it himself as Ive had recorded thing sent TO me in the past when they didnt ask me to sign for it!
Postmen/women should not sign for customers mail ever.
It is just as likely that the item was delivered using a card, which, at least in my office, means the signatures are delayed to view as they collected weekly and despatched to a specialised unit that scans the signatures for display online. They are not all done on PDA's which I believe are close to immediately available for the customer.
