Romanian Agent

Dear Sir

Could you help me in contacting your Romanian agent? All packages coming from England never reached me and learning the lesson I ordered a auto part with signed mail. On Royal mail site it appears as Attempted delivery which is untrue, my house is inhabited 24/7 and on Romanian Post the tracking number is Unknown meaning that it's not the organization delivering mail locally for Royal Mail.

I would just like to say that this also help us.

The tracking information returned by royalmail tracking was:

A delivery was attempted for your item with reference RJ*********GB in ROMANIA before 16:00 on 10/02/13.
If redelivery or collection is unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the UK

but on finding this entry on the message board we asked our customer checked with GLS. which she did and are pleased to say she is now able to get her parcel.

It looks like it's being held at either a mail centre or delivery office in the Romanain city of Timisoara.

Try using that form to contact GLS who are the ones handling the parcel.

I'd like to ask for some information regarding the local delivery organization in Romania. I made several orders from Germany until yesterday and never had problems receiving the shipment. The order I've placed yesterday was sent to me today (divided in 4 smaller shipments), for the first time with Royal Mail. Unfortunately, I did not receive any tracking number for the packages. The provided information was: "Your order is divided into 4 shipments. All 4 shipments will be delivered to you by Royal Mail. Unfortunately these shipments are not traceable. All the shipments have been dispatched on 4 April 2013. The estimated delivery date is between 11 April 2013 and 19 April 2013. I can unfortunately not tell you if all the shipments will be delivered at the same day."

So, could you tell me please the Romanian delivery agent for the city of Arad (RO)? I'll probably be away from home at the time of the delivery and I'll have to contact them.

I'm trying to track my parcel (http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) and I found that it was dispatched to GLS Romania on 25/04/2013 (tracking number: RJ769862640GB) I did not receive the parcel and GLS Romania claims that this tracking number does not exist in their recordings. Is my parcel lost?
I need help!

I would suggest that you contact the sender of the parcel and explain that you haven't received it. It is up to the sender to deal with any problems in getting the item to you. The sender could contact Royal Mail Customer Services on 08457 740 740 and ask them to investigate
