If Amazon used a trackable product to send the item out there are two possible locations to look for a tracking number:

* "Your Orders" screen where there should be a yellow button to click to bring up the tracking
* The "your item has dispatched" email that Amazon will have sent you

If there is no tracking number in either of them two locations then Amazon must have sent it out by normal airmail or surface mail.

RM does work at weekends

btw if your item has been sent out by Airsure or International Signed For then it'll likely be handled by a company called GLS once it gets to Portugal.

Unfortanely there is no tracking number in either location.

Thanks for the answer though.
