"Unity is strength, that fact of it, you must all stick together, divided you will fall, thats the long and short of it,the flyers need to see the big picture on how it affect their colleagues and ultimately themselves."
well said :Applause :Applause :Applause
We had our revision, only a few rounds changed, the majority voted it in their duties did not change, total poisonous atmosphere now, the manager divide the office. New duties too big, private cars being used, people coming in early.

It appears that by the amount of times private cars being used post revision an accident will occur the OPG will realise then that using a vehicle without the correct insurance isn't a good idea especially if it causes injuries or worse to a third party.

Evening all...

A bit of advice if possible please, thought I'd post on here rather than start a new thread.

Does the same bullying and harassment procedure apply when its an action carried out by the union rep against the DIM or is it covered by something other procedure.

Thanks in advance. :thumbup

Depends on the grade/union of the DIM :left: If they are substantive then they won't be in the CWU (or shouldn't be) and there will probably be an internal CMA procedure.

Also not sure if Bullying and Harassment of a higher grade employee by a subordinate would be recognised as such. Surely other HR procedures would apply, warnings, suspension, reporting up the chain of command etc.

Thanks for your reply TBT... :wave

I am taking action against my DIM because of comments he made to me in an email a couple of weeks ago...

I'm going to follow the B & H procedure in the first instance and see what develops from that...

Thanks again... :thumbup

Oh right that clears it up. Yes a rep can use the B&H procedure against a bullying manager, after all he is still at the basic level just another employee.

Sorry I thought you meant the Rep was bullying the manager. :d'oh! :d'oh! :d'oh!

we had an issue with start times in our office.we did our job properly as a group.managers had to come in and do all the loops that we left because we had no time left and within the week our som was down talking to us.if you stick together there is no need of strike action.if you do the job as they discribe it will never work end of :nana
