We had our revision, only a few rounds changed, the majority voted it in their duties did not change, total poisonous atmosphere now, the manager divide the office. New duties too big,private cars being used, people coming in early.

Does the same bullying and harassment procedure apply when its an action carried out by the union rep against the DIM or is it covered by something other procedure.
