Sounds like the contents of the package are something that's not allowed to go by plane and the item is being sent to the National Returns Centre at Belfast. Did you put the return address on the package?cezanne wrote:Hi, guys, I have post a international signed for package on 24/01/13, however, the status I checked today showed: "29/01/13 12:51 DESPATCHABLE TODO NOT FLY - NRC HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC".

Re: Mail stuck in Heathrow??
NO,I haven't put return address, I don't think it has any problem with package because my friend sent same things 6 days before and it has been delivered successfully,it should be a notification that it can not be delivered for me.How can I contract Royal mail office with this?SpacePhoenix wrote:Sounds like the contents of the package are something that's not allowed to go by plane and the item is being sent to the National Returns Centre at Belfast. Re: Mail stuck in Heathrow??
Did not new/updated regulations on Dangerous Goods come in a couple of weeks ago?
Do not Fly means that your parcel will never leave the UK - it will be on its way back to the sender?
Also, as an aside thought, could implementation/adaptation to new regs on Dangerous Goods be causing delays at HWDC as they settle in to new policies?

Re: Mail stuck in Heathrow??
Sorry - I should not have added that second question mark!
DO NOT FLY means your items WILL be returned to sender. I'd suggest contacting them directly if I were you.

Please bear in mind that any Prohibited Items in the packet will likely have been destroyed and will not be returned to you. You cannot, I understand, claim for these in this situation.
