Hello,
I've got a bit of a problem with the item I ordered on eBay. I bought the item about a month ago and I have never received it. Then I realized that I had the wrong postcode in my eBay/PayPal acoounts. Instead of N12 which is North Finchley area in London I've put NW12. The other part of postcode and rest of the address were correct. I went to the post office in North Finchley but the item wasn't there. I thought they could send it to the post office in NW12 area but when I type it into Google Maps it doesn't show anything like it doesn't exist. I have got no idea what happened with it and I am not sure what to do. Could you help me please?

As there is no postcode sector NW12 I would think its been returned to sender - have you contacted the seller to see if they have had it back yet.
If not then contact Royal Mail Customer Services and advise them of the details. If there is no return address on the parcel it my be at the "Returned Letter Branch" and if so they may be able to match the details and resend it to the correct address.
