Session ID

Post by Scoob »

Hi there
Is there anyway of finding my package I sent to Canada on the 13.12.12. It still has not arrived and all I have is the session ID. I asked the post office worker if I needed my address on the back and he said no, so it won't be coming back to me that's for sure. What do I do next. The item cost me £20 quid and £3.86 to send. He said there was only 2 ways to send it. This way or another way not by air that would take weeks. So it was a airmail sm pk

Anyone know if I can find my item. It was a Christmas gift, which I knew I had missed the dead line by a day or 2 to arrive by Christmas. But 28th jan 2013 is snail mail or lost I guess. :(

Thanks for any answers scoob :)

did you get a tracking number if not then it will be impossible to locate with any accuracy, and if you did if it has left the UK then it will be dificult to locate in Canada.

In either case the best advice is to claim as its well beyond its advertised service level.

You can get a form form the same PO as you sent the item.

By the way what is a session ID, never heard of that in regard to mailing items.

Did you have the full senders name and address on the front of the item? If you didn't then the Canadian customs will have refused the item entry to Canada. AFAIK Canadian customs take a photograph of every item of mail that enters Canada. If the item has been refused entry to Canada it might be being returned via surface mail
