Sorry, we are not an official site so we can only offer advice rather than solutions.
However, from posts on other parts of this site it appears as though HWDC is struggling with volumes. Our best advice would be to keep checking the tracking pages and give it some more time. Even stuff before Xmas is turning up now and again.
