I posted an item at 12:44 on Saturday, and the staff told me the cut-off time for next-day delivery is 12:30, so they can't guarantee it will arrive on Monday. The problem is they still encourage me to use special delivery and said it would still be processed with priority.
In this case is there any possibility to expect a Monday delivery? Thanks.

Yes, there's probably a possibility of a Monday delivery but no certainty, especially with adverse weather conditions.

If it has been scanned as arriving at the inward mail centre then it should be delivered tomorrow (subject to local weather conditions)

Wondering whether you've been had here,the times you mention tell me the mail had already been collected and the S/D is still sitting at the PO waiting to be 'picked up' on Mon.
