Lost parcel!
How can I find my parcel lost for over 2 months at Langley Heathrow World Distribution Centre? It arrived from Portugal by registered post. Enquiries from Portugal have not been answered!

Try twitter they have a good reputation and are worth a shot - you'll need the tracking number. They are 8am 5pm only though

The barriers that have been met by all in Portugal and the UK trying to find out why my parcel is held up are incredible! No one has been able to help me get my parcel delivered that has been held up for months at HWDC. One Royal Mail staff member even claimed that HWDC was the airport and nothing to do with Royal Mail! Even my MP got nowhere! Is there no sense of responsibility at HWDC?

HWDC is not the airport
that is Lamu
hwdc is the international depot, they really are bad, i sent 2 expensive phones abroad, but they still showing as being at HWDC and its been a few months
