Hi,
I posted a parcel on 17/12/2012. The destination was U.S.A.
The parcel still hasn't arrived there...
Just checking my receipt, the cashier has put on there that it is being delivered first class to destination the U.K. (EU), rather than airmail U.S.A. like I asked.
What do you expect will happen next?
Thanks,
Rob.

If you put a return address on the item then it should come back to you with a sticker advising you of incorrect postage.
If you didn't then its best to call customer services on 08457 740 740 or email them via this page http://www.royalmail.com/customer-servi ... /get-touch" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; advise them whats happened and include a description of the item and packaging.
There is of course a slim chance that it will go through the system and arrive okay, but I doubt that as the cheapest US price for small packets is £3.30 and there is nothing at £2.70 even letters.

If you put a return address on the back, it'll come back to you with a nice little sticker on it saying insufficient postage (never seen one with a surcharge), and that you should take it to the post office to have the correct postage applied. If you didn't, it'll go off to RLB to be opened to find an address so best to contact customer services and tell them about it so they can put it on the system and make sure it's returned when it appears.
Does this rag smell of chloroform to you?
