What does this actually mean?

Post by incarnadine »

Hello! I sent something off via Airsure on the 17th, and for the past few days this is what the tracking system tells me:

Your item, posted on 17/12/12 with reference LY686190950GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in SINGAPORE.

Thing is, it has been like this for days--- does this status mean that it's in Singapore already or headed towards Singapore? I tried to track my parcel using the Singapore post website but it doesn't show up? Any answers to this would be much appreciated! Thank you :)

Using http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; it says it was dispatched to Singapore on the 18th so I would assume it's in transit and will (possibly) be awaiting scanning when it gets there-IF they scan them and not just scan them at point of delivery.
