Hi We posted a pacel off on the 13th December at a local post office it was a Parcelforce postage lable on it and it was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours when i checked the tracking number at parcelforce site it was still in progress tonight 21st December got in touch with parcelforce by e mail and they e mailed back to say that they use royal mail in this area to pick up for them and as yet they still havent had the parcel from royal mail so cannot track it, does anyone know how i can get in touch with royal mail about this a telephone number thats not a premuim number so it doesnt cost me a fortune to phone havent a clue where the parcel is or whats happened to it

08457 740 740 is the number for customer services or you could try contacting them on Twitter ( @RoyalMail ) and they're usually very prompt with a reply.
Does this rag smell of chloroform to you?
