Has anyone heard if there have been problems with the Track & Trace system overnight?
I posted two specials yesterday. One is showing as Collected at the Swindon Mail Centre, the other goes a bit further and was handed over to the Night Shift at Swindon. Both should be destined to delivery offices served by Swindon, but I would have expected it to have updated to "Despatchable to xxx PDO" by now if not "out on delivery".
I know it is very busy at the moment - but usually Specials get through so I am wondering if it is the system playing up rather than the heavy workload.
On an allied note I have a tracked parcel coming to me which arrived at the Swindon Mail Centre early on the 19th. I assume it is probably at the special depot at Greenbridge along with several million others. Hopefully it will find its way out soon!
