Which MC serves Gateshead? Have they had any issues?

I was hoping a (former) colleague from over that way might have an idea if there were issues at the MC...

I must admit I hoped all along that I wouldn't make it to the deadline on the 18th for classifying my mail as missing with Amazon.
Yet here I am, looking at a bleak Xmas lol
Edit
I can find last reccomended dates for postage, but not last date of delivery, is Saturday the final post before Xmas?
Sorry for the daft Q, just cannot find the date of the last delivery before they take Xmas off.

We will be working right up to Christmas Eve, including the Sunday in my office and no doubt lots of other offices will be working the Sunday. Just to make you aware, RM don't deliver all Amazon parcels.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

That's true, none of my Amazon parcels were delivered by RM this year

Well, he put through a refund for me, hopefully that will not take too long to go through, as it will leave it too late to order a replacement from elsewhere.
Three working days at this time of year however, could turn into quite a wait I guess. If I am lucky it will go through by Thursday, give me a chance to get the replacement in time for xmas. Naturally the other companies who sell it charge more for it so it still sucks.

I know it is busy, having to wait 4 days for a 1st class parcel was not exactly the end of the world. But as it stands I waited a fortnight for 2 parcels and did not see them, I also have not seen the replacement for one of the orders wich was sent out again. There is time for that one of course, but I dare not tell him that did not arrive neither, he will think I am taking the piss, so I hope this one turns up :)

Sadly the bigger parcel from Amazon was his only one, so my plan to get a replacement by courier died.
Everything I am missing was sent out via RM, but I do know not every parcel is handled by them.

It is just annoying when you hope to kill some time during your hols and you end up not receiving something till after, when you have little time for it.
Not to mention 2 people now probably wonder if I am lying about not receiving what I bought.
At least my refund is not being delivered by post :Very Happy (j/k)

The replacement for one parcel arrived after a week.
In a rather odd turn of events a parcel shipped on Friday, arrived Saturday.
I used my Amazon refund to replace the missing parcel, cost me more than it should have but I have it now.

Still no sign of the original 2 parcels, would love to know what happened to those. One could be missplaced, the other clearly not. Assuming they are not stolen, where on earth do they all go? They obviously go somewhere. Area 51? :D

2 more MIA parcels can join that list too. Never ends
make that 4, surprised companies can stay in business only using RM, must cost them a fortune in refunds and replacements.
