Hello,
I was expecting a collection today from 10:30 and 13;00 and they havent turned up. I have been on the phone twice, firstly to the main customer service and then to my local depot, they both tell me they will get back to me when they have any information, so no help at all from both! They dont even let me know when it will be collected.
Anyone know if they may still turn up or do I just claim refund? I do understand this peak period but still should have more information and maybe a re-arrange another collection unless they may still turn up tonight?
Anyone else been in this situation and what step shall I take next as I need this parcel delivered before Christmas.

Just received an answer machine there was a problem and they will collect tomorrow without fail.
