Hello

I have a packet posted through RM with tracking number RU145052368GB , is it "international sign for" ?

RM track&trace YOUR ITEM HAS REACHED THE DESTINATION COUNTRY
but I haven't received the packet and it's not tracked on my country web site

Its between the 2 countries. According to this more detailed website http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; it was only sent to Belarus today.

Oops I read it wrong I thought it said 6/12/12 - best now to contact the sender and get them to claim/send another.

but I just can't understand why it says "YOUR ITEM HAS REACHED THE DESTINATION COUNTRY" , but it never was here

The item might be being treated by your postal service as a recorded item so might not get scanned again until a delivery attempt is made.

See http://www.royalmail.com/delivery/deliv ... gned%20For for a list of countries where International Signed For is scanned on arrival into the country and again on delivery. Belarus is not on that list, I'm afraid
