Hi,
I sent a letter to Greece the other day and when I track the item, I see that after it was dispatched to Greece from Heathrow, it was received at Jubilee Mail Centre? How is this possible? :crazy:

If that is an accurate cut and paste from the tracking system then I can see what has happened.

These 2 were scanned on the same day but one does not have a time stamp on it. I think therefore that it defaulted to 00:01 and put it as the first scan for that day instead of the 2nd. If you swap their positions in the trace it then makes sense.

More than likely the Despatch note which goes in the bag with all the items was scanned as received after the item was despatched to Greece. Some offices save all the despatch notes till the end of the shift before scanning them in. This is a frequent problem with inland Special Delivery items as well.
