Hello my friend from Portugal sent a package at 3 of October this year arrive the Langley aerport at 4 /10/2012 at 18:14 was created an sistem event about the package at 5/10/2012 at 06:04:04 since them no one nows here the package is never get to me i need to now where to claim i whent to the royalmail here in preston and they said that cant help me they never receve any package to deliver please need to track down the package now where to go to find them i already call customs and they dont now nothing

Your friend needs to go to CTT – Correios de Portugal as they sent it through them. They will then claim from Royal Mail.

Hello,

My mother sent me 3 packages from Portugal at 8/11/2012, and I just received 2. They all got in the same day to Langley aeroport (11/11/2012), but one of them wasn't distributed. I tracked the package online and it seems one of the packages it's there. What should I do?

Wait a few weeks and see if it turns up. If not, your mother needs to put in a claim with Portugal's postal service as a lost item.

Things can stay at Langley for anything up to about 6 weeks judging by some of the posts on here.
Does this rag smell of chloroform to you?
