ongoing mail theft

Post by buzzboy »

Hi every one.
I have been experiencing an ongoing problem with my letters and parcels going missing for the last 12 months or so . It all started with items from eBay suddently not arriving after years of succesful deliveries and 100% reliability in recieving such items, over 300 in all, and then earlier this year I had a spate of packages that did not turn up from different sellers . Then I noticed my bank correspondence stopped and a couple of fuel bills etc , Im still experiencing my mail going missing although it seems that if the item is tracked / signed for it always seems to arrive as normal . The latest development was that a load of credit cards were applied for in my name with out my knowledge which all had to be cancelled .
It now seems very likely that someone working at royal mail is targeting my mail for my personal info and only targeting items that cant be traced .
Ive contacted the police about the application fraud ,they didnt seem very interested and ive contacted royal mail about the missing mail but the mail is still going missing and I just dont know what to do .

Thankyou adb2aber.
Ive contacted them and sent them some details, now I'll just have to wait and see what they say .
I presume the sorting staff at my local dispatch office work under cctv and now they have some details they can check that out .

In our DO, there was a locked door outside where IB could go into without having to walk through the DO and they observed the CCTV from a room. I would assume most newer DOs have something similar and if not, and they have enough reason to, they would set up a sting operation with test packages to check. If other people in the area have noticed similar patterns then it should be on record and they'd get investigating.
Does this rag smell of chloroform to you?
