ON NOVEMBER 2ND KODAK.CO.UK SENT NE A NEW PRINTERHEAD THROUGH ROYAL MAIL IT HAD NOT ARRIVED UPTO TODAY SO I CONTACTED KODAK ONLINE CHAT AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS DELIVERED ON MONDAY BUT I NEVER RECIEVED IT
THE ORDER NUMBER IS 11200984000
THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS
ELAINE GRAHAM
HUGHES LOTT EAST
DUALLA RD
CASHEL
CO TIPPERARY
IRELAND

WHERE IS MY PRINTERHEAD
somebody please find out wher my printer head is

This is the Royal Mail, sounds like you've got a problem with your Irish mail equivalent........................

Just checking you are aware that you have posted your query on a public forum for staff and customers of Royal Mail.

In any case, the order number is only of use to Kodak, we would need a Royal Mail tracking number.
