If you had checked out the rest of the forum you would have noticed that Teefer is only an Ex Postie fairly recently, she has also worked in many roles within Royal Mail, including Callers Office which handles complaints. Her reputation on here is very high and I am afraid that your ill thought out comment, and the responses you have received certainly back that up.

If you don't have the time to check their credibility then perhaps just ignoring any posts that you think are unhelpful would be a better approach rather than drawing attention to them.
However, and this is a personal comment, her advice comes from both experience and knowledge of working within Royal Mail, and I would put the value of her advice and suggestions in the top 10 of all posters on here. She posts with some authority and I would always recommend following her advice.
