Moved to customer area.

To be honest mate its unlikely that any member on here delivers to that specific Post Code area (MK4) and even more to that particular post code.

Also with the reputation of Royal Mail Chat within Management even if we did have someone working there its unlikely that they would be willing to "Out" themselves. Indeed people have been sacked for posting on here.

Your best bet is to give us a general idea of the query without any specific details and then let people suggest solutions and ideas.

call the police if youve seen a postie stealing

Please note this is in no way suggestion of any one stealing ( postie's ) its the recipient saying the parcel has not arrived, as described in original post ! why should the royal mail pick up the tab for someone trying to pull a fast one I have investigated the recipient and there is a pattern of goods over the value of £50 not being received, IF you do do this round either on foot or van and remember a package hard cardboard box about the size of a shoe box covered by black bin bag and brown packing tape with sender info on reverse ( a little less in depth of shoe box ) to #38 around the 23rd september just put y or n and I can get fraud squad on it, you guys don't lose bonus and keep your good name warm regards Tony. PS has the who can wear shorts the longest started yet as the cold sets in ??

Would it not be best to contact RM customer services to report it. If they choose to, which they probably won't, then they'll do what they need to do.

You actually are being rude, there was no reason to say what you did and if you don't like the advice then you can go and ask actual RM Customer Services because you won't get anymore help from us.

I may be "ex Royal Mail" (I never worked for the Post Office), but that doesn't meant I don't know what I'm talking about.

Well I am a MOD and despite you saying
sorry not being rude

In fact you were. I accept that it was probably not your intention to be rude, but what you said was impolite and thoughtless.

If you had checked out the rest of the forum you would have noticed that Teefer is only an Ex Postie fairly recently, she has also worked in many roles within Royal Mail, including Callers Office which handles complaints. Her reputation on here is very high and I am afraid that your ill thought out comment, and the responses you have received certainly back that up.
