I've had about 5 emails today from customers who haven't received mail sent up to a week ago
It was all sent to UK - we always use first class
the mail was posted on different days
we don't send much so 5 complaints in a day is a huge number.
Does anyone know if something is going on?

Most likely reason is that the items are stuck in customs
