Hey I saw that mail collect but that says it takes 5 days to set up too. Everything takes 5 days :crazy:

because they arent done at the DO(anymore)
however you can apply for them and inform the DO of this(with confirmation print out)
and get them to hold the mail

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
