Gls postal service to Portugal does not work a letter that was sent 1stseptember arrived 11th, this was to have taken 3days as we paid for express delivery best send things by normal mail then ctt portugal deals with it and not GLS who send things via Germany to get to Portugal, they also change tracking numbers so you have to telephone their premium service to find out what is happening. what a rubbish service. can we go back to what it was, I have been living in Portugal using ctt and royal mail without ever having a problem, change and progression yes but not to the detriment of the service!!!!

We have no affiliation with either Royal Mail or the Communications Workers Union (CWU), except that most of our members work for Royal Mail and/or are members of the CWU.
