Dear All,
I send this email from Turkey and I would like somebody to help me with 2 tracking numbers that need to be tracked in the UK. I cannot track on royal mail website and system in Turkey says that items are in the UK. The tracking number are as follows,

RR036459456TR and RR023918290TR

Could someone help who can be able please as these are important.

Dear custard,
I understand but I phoned royal mail 2 days ago and the person on the phone said we can differently check your mails status once it is passed the customs. She check that time but they was not on the systems she said.

Stuff from Turkey doesn't get tracked within the UK, the next scan it'll get is when delivery is attempted
