RM website - sick of all the glitches!

Post by susanshiny »

I am sick to death of all the glitches on the Royal mail website!

After the last update to the OBA system over last weekend my order system refuses to print a docket, all I get is a blank page! Seeing as I am not allowed to send my post without a docket this has caused yet more aggrivation to add to the recent regulation changes regarding OBA. So I telephone the business helpline, am kept waiting for 20 minutes, and am informed that the website is not compatable with internet explorer 9 and I have to revert back to IE7 or IE8! I can't use google chrome either and I can't use firefox for parcelforce. It's getting to the stage that I am going to have to have about 4 browsers loaded and flick from one to the other, not easy for someone who's not comfortable with computers.

Come on RM get a grip and sort your website out or loose customers, it's a bloody joke :mad

We have no affiliation with either Royal Mail or the Communications Workers Union (CWU), except that most of our members work for Royal Mail and/or are members of the CWU.

...but I echo that sentiment. The online postage is a beeping joke too. WTF happened to fast drop?
