Dear All,
I would like to ask if it is posdsible to ask royal mail to pick my item from my university and send it to my international address as am out of Uk and cannot pick my item from my university. Basically what I want from royal mail is just like private couriers do. Does anyone know that royal mail provide such servive?

Moved to customer forum,also i don't think we do redirections from places like universities.

I don't think they're looking for a redirection, more a turn up, collect an item and transport it.
Royal Mail doesn't do that, you could try to get the Uni to post it to you?

I've been saying for ages Royal Mail needs to start offering collections, I can have a 1kg parcel picked up from my house and delivered in under 5 days with full tracking for £3.30, or take it to a post office and pay £4.45 for it to be delivered 2nd class recorded with no tracking, just a signature. Yes, I know they offer business collections for £16 odd, but that's just a daft amount of money.
