Parceforce Complaints Department
I recently made a complaint to Parecelforce regarding their track and trace system. The replies I received had no relation to the questions asked. Can I suggest that you save yourselves a considerable sum of money by closing this department. When a customer complains, yes those that pay your wages, simply reply appologising for the difficulties and thanking them, which could be done automatically. This would save a lot of frustrated customers communicating with a department that is unable to understand simple questions.

Re: Parceforce Complaints Department
You do realise that we're nothing to do with RM or Parcelforce, apart from the fact that most of us work for them.
Maybe if you ask a question we might be able to help.

We have no affiliation with either Royal Mail or the Communications Workers Union (CWU), except that most of our members work for Royal Mail and/or are members of the CWU.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
