Help me please..

Post by lemurchik »

Hello.

I sent a small package registered to London from Belarus.
RR827825326BY tracking number indicates that the packet is from August 28 to LANGLEY HWDC.
Could you clarify where my package, please?
For me this is very important. The package I sent the return of the goods the seller. I need to know exactly when he will receive the package.
Then I can get my money back.

Thank you.
Regards.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Hello dear POSTMAN.

Let me say that other parcels this month held a place of international exchange for 3-5 days.
A few weeks!
On what basis do you claim? Could you give me some explanation, please? If you do not complicate.
Try to understand me, please.
I bought the item from the seller. Item was defective. Seller lied to me. And now, eBay will return me the money when the seller receives a parcel.
I sent a package priority registered mail to make sure that this time, the seller will not deceive me.
I know of cases where the recipient / seller did not want to pick up the package, not to return the money.
And there are cases where the parcel delivered to the recipient, but there is no information on the Service in tracking.
In all these cases I am talking about the same kinds of mail.
Why do I sometimes have information on delivery to the addressee, and sometimes - not with the same methods of delivery / mail service?

Thank you for your reply.
Sincerely.

3-5 days, that's good to hear,so why are you asking now?
Anyway,we get a lot of queries about Langley, the norm can be anything from 2 weeks delay to even more, you seem to have had no problems so far so it's just a case of waiting.

Dear POSTMAN,
I just have to be sure that the parcel will be delivered to the recipient. And my case does not fall in the percentage of cases where a parcel delivery to the recipient is not displayed in the service of tracking.
