Simple answer,NO.
More complicated,it's not our business and we won't stop a packed being delivered on a customers say so.
Unless 'our' Royal Mail police or the normal police got involved there is nothing we can do.

You could possibly go down to the delivery office that would be delivering it and beg but tbh you wont get far.

When/where did you send it? If at a Post Office, look on the receipt, was it before last collection? If not, you could go down and see if they still have it and will let you have it back.

Why did you send it before being paid?
Or being sure that funds had cleared?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Give Walworth Delivery Office a ring on 020 77035509 and see if they can return the item to sender for you, or hold it for you to go and collect, with the Post Office receipt and proof you live at the return address.

Have you sent paypal the tracking number?

Sounds like the buyer has paid by paypal, you just need to send the tracking number to paypal in order for the funds to be released to your account.

They often do this with new sellers, especially when the selling price is quite high.

Paypal :left: they are a company driven by greed and profit and couldn't give a toss about buyers or sellers, as long as they are not out of pocket all is well. (Recent bitterness with a disagreement between myself and them showing through perhaps!?)

As for the "need a tracking number" - a scam that's been going on for years. If you ever get an email always visit the Paypal website and double check your account (I always do that, without fail), if it was genuine then your account would show it as such but in this case I doubt anything would have shown on your account.

I'm guessing, if you are fairly new, then they took a chance that you didn't understand the processes involved in payments and saw an opportunity to pull a fast one.
