"Are we expected to take these out in pouches?
No. All RM Heavyweight items above 1kg will be delivered by vans. In some instances it may be operationally feasible to use High Capacity Trolleys for low volumes"

I just weighed my wife's Studio Catalogue. It only weighs 958g. Isn't that lucky.
So you see, we can take dozens of them.

There shouldn't be any argument.
You have a week to deliver them.
They can be doorstepped.
They are to be delivered by vans,if you haven't had a delivery methods revision they go over to the drivers...no argument.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

Well that means just one of them per bag and spread them out over the week.

No problems, could result in overtime :nana, I know you have many steps, taken your advice made job much easier, just silly when van man finishes early most days and I get paid overtime.

If you want the OT then be happy but I tend now to not worry about what times others finish, worry about yourself and nobody else (everything else is up to management to fix). :nana

Both these points mean nothing, doesn't matter if predominately steps and 5kg limit, you shouldn't be delivering them from a bag period. If dom insists, call your area health and safety rep or email moya, in fact just email moya gets it fixed very quickly :)
