I bought an item on eBay and the seller posted it on the 22nd may to arrive the next day (today 23rd may). Unfortunately I wasn't there to sign for it and the package was taken back to the delivery office, normally this is ok as I can go to the delivery office show some I.D and get the item however the seller has only put my eBay name and address on the package.
Would anyone know how I could prove at the delivery office that the package belongs to me? I was thinking that I take some photo I.D (with my name) and a bank statement/ utility bill to prove that I live at that residence but I'm not sure.
Any help/ advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Best to phone the Delivery Office and ask for it to be redelivered on a day that you will be at home.roflc0pt3r wrote:I bought an item on eBay and the seller posted it on the 22nd may to arrive the next day (today 23rd may).
