The court bundle, the solicitor for the representative (RMG) is obliged to furnish you with a new court bundle on the day of the tribunal, do not use the one they sent you a few months prior to the tribunal -- although there is the problem of then having to transfer all those sticky tabs you might have used so that you can find your page quickly.
The solicitor might try and provoke you during the questioning, at all times keep your cool, and keep it simple, the tribunal are usually sympathetic to the complainant (you) just as long as you come across as a calm and reasonable person -- if you get emotional or shouty (even though you might have just cause to feel that way) you will lose the sympathy of the tribunal.
Bring diaries, paperwork, letters, anything on paper that can be used as evidence (even if it's a bus ticket) -- you can insert fresh documents to the court bundle on the day of the hearing but you must have 4 copies of each of those docs (do 6 just to be on the safe side): one for yourself, one for the representative (RMG) and three copies for each member of the tribunal.
I mentioned earlier
http://etclaims.co.uk/ and that was an invaluable source of information.
Look for 'legal precedents' for 'employment courts' or 'employment tribunals' on internet. Although I had difficulty finding a case that was similar to my own.
But as I said earlier, turn up at the employment courts at 09:30 as an observer and sit on on other tribunals.
