Hello,
My name is Cecilia Machado and on the 19 th March, 2012, I have sent a registred object to my daughter who is living in Pimlico, London. As she didn´t receive it I could see on the internet that the object was waiting for her notification and that she was unknown in the address. That couldn't be the truth because she is living there and she had already received several packages from Portugal. She never saw a notification from the postman asking her to collect the object...so we really don't know where they took him, because the address is totally correct. I presented a claim in the portuguese post, CTT, on the 4th of April, asking to send the object back to my address but it didn't arrived so far...
Today I saw on the CTT site that the object was sent to Langley HWDC, on the 18th April...So now what is going to happen? Are you going to send it back to Portugal soon or is it staying there ? I just ask please send it back to my address. Once you answer me I will give you the necessary details. Thank you. Cecilia Machado
