Royal Mail works with CTT ?

Hello,
I have a missed order in Portugal !
The order have the tracking number: RU000022425GB.
What company works with Royal Mail in Portugal ?
CTT? UPS ? DHL?
The Portuguese post office ( CTT ) said me do not work with Royal Mail !
I need help. I don't know what I can do more !

GLS is so SLOW. It used to take less than a week for an item to dispatched to Portugal when Royal Mail used CTT services. Now with GLS my item was dispatched from UK on 04/23 and today is 05/03 and it's still in Spain

PLEASE ROYALMAIL, get back with CTT, GLS really sucks. I bet i won't get my item one week from today

I'm experiencing the same...

So slow now. I try to call to GLS Portugal and the call falls down... This is impossible...

It was send 26th April and still nothing...

For what I found, paste the tracking number here and press "OK" on top:

http://www.gls-group.eu/276-I-PORTAL-WE ... -trace.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

It will transform the tracking number to their reference number and you can check the state of your package.

GLS - who are a subsidiary of Royal Mail so CTT won't be delivering it.

However, you can track it at http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and according to that it was sent to GLS Portugal on 20 Dec.

GLS have their own tracking site at https://www.gls-group.eu/276-I-PORTAL-W ... N/5004.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; at that shows GLS Europe got it on 20 Dec and passed it to GLS Portugal on 28 Dec.

Royal Mail has been working with GLS in Portugal since left the CTT (formerly Portuguese post office) which is infinitely better than GLS[/color], as you know GLS is a british company, but in Portugal is a terrible company, slowly, the partners don´'t do his job because it is not well paid and probably for other reasons which I don't care too. The truth is, that customers are not treated well by GLS.
So to conclude in my opinion Royal Mail must find a better company to make delivers in Portugal, this one forget, is a really nightmare.
See this tracking (RV472989483GB) and you see what I am talking about, and this is the third time it happens.

Problem is Royal Mail won't change companies in Portugal, Royal Mail new CEO was the Head of GLS, and GLS is owned and operated by Royal Mail.
