Today I delivered a couple of packets to an address and the recipient said: Wow. That's awesome.
It made my day.
So could all customers now use those 3 words when being handed packets. (and perhaps occasionally adding the epithet "dude")

In order to call me son, the customer would have to be over 95 years of age.
