if i was in your position i would get the rep to have a quiet word with the appeals manager
let them know what you know from what i have stated
get the rep to recomend your reinstatement or he/she will have no allternative but to put in an ET1 claim for unfair dismissal
but watch the tiime line for the ET1
three months less a day from dismissal

I would have said 5 working days but what are the rules in RM land anybody? 24 hrs?
