off the record

if i was in your position i would get the rep to have a quiet word with the appeals manager

let them know what you know from what i have stated

get the rep to recomend your reinstatement or he/she will have no allternative but to put in an ET1 claim for unfair dismissal

but watch the tiime line for the ET1

three months less a day from dismissal

One last question on this subject , with my condition p.f what would consist a reasonable timeframe for rm to do a return to work interview . Considering they knew the reason I was off .

So 15 days is a bit extreme under the circumstances do we think .
