I sent a document to Taiwan on 1st Dec and it has to be arrived before 20th Dec (I know I should probably send important document through DHL etc) I asked the staff in the post office if it can be arrived in 10 days? They told me to try ISF air letter. I trust them and expecting it will be there in 10 days; however, I called the office in Taiwan and they said they haven't got any letter from me.
I've checked the reference number, it shows: YOUR ITEM HAS REACHED THE DESTINATION COUNTRY
Your item, posted on 01/12/11 with reference RJ893555625GB has arrived in HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC and is being processed for delivery.
What does it mean?
Does my letter has reached the destination country or it's still in Heathrow worldwide DC?
It's already 12th and it's an urgent matter, do you think I should send the letter again through other way if they haven't got it before 15th?
Thank you so much!

Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one
