More chattering was planned at regional partnership meetings etc,but will anything come off it.It seems Royal Mail can do whatever they want.

My solution would be to suspend all revisions until these issues are dealt with nationally and then communicated by both sides to the front line, but we all know that ain't going to happen.

So in the meantime, the members in my office will carry on believing that Royal Mail are screwing them over, and they,re Is nothing the union can do about it.

The sad thing is It's true
.
Well not according to some on here macphee, they are chattering up a storm and the end result is...................well pretty much the same experience you've had, more meetings lined up. What was that advert again..........oh yes........."it's good to talk".............well for some it is :chuckle

So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
