Special delivery not signed for
Dear Posties and Postesses )if that's the female equivalent. Just a little ques about special delivery and recorded delivery. I've been getting alot of these lately, mostly they are just shoved through my door. When I get a chance to look at the POD online, the signature was that of someone in the local post sorting office. What on earth is that about? Indeed one of them wsn't delivered, only a letter, but it was still signed by this same person.

Re: Special delivery not signed for
All items should be signed for by the person receiving the SD/RD, have you spoken to your postie? As you seem to get quite a few signed for items perhaps he thinks he's doing you a favour by signing for them and popping them through you letter box and saving you a trip to the Delivery Office. Have a word with him regarding this and the missing item.h1ghflyer wrote:Dear Posties and Postesses )if that's the female equivalent. Just a little ques about special delivery and recorded delivery. everyone has given you the right advice
1. Check with the postie next time you see them.
2. Ring Customer Services if you get no joy.
All Posties is generic and is acceptable for both sexes

Thanks alot for the good sensable advice. Posties have my support. Good luck with your current dispute. Hopefully some section of the working class can stand up against the continued errosion of working terms and conditions that's been going on since 'Labour' gained office.
Amazing !!! When you think about it. Hopefully your union stands shoulder to shoulder with you.
