Parcel from Portugal
Hi there, I am waiting for a parcel that has been sent from Portugal International priority mail with a tracking number RC898547594PT. It was posted by the sender on the 10th November....but it is obviously stuck somewhere...my problem is - even with this tracking info, I am unable to work out where it is lost and how it is coming in...i.e. would it be parcelforce or royal mail that I chase? Can anyone advise please? Many thanks

Re: Parcel from Portugal
Have you tried the tracking number on both Royal Mail's site and the site of whatever is Portugal's equivalent of Royal Mail (or whatever company the item was posted with in Portugal)?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Re: Parcel from Portugal
I would suggest getting the sender to chase it up as they have the date it was sent, who they sent it with, where they sent it from etc. Also, they are in the country it was sent from, and as they're the sender, it's up to them to put in a claim for the lost item.
