me i'd agree performance charts for posties only if there were performance charts for managers

you know complaints, grievances, performance

Have to confess that I was thinking along the same lines as soon as I read this thread, a league table posted in the warehouse for all managerial staff, with a set of rules known to the posties of how to change their increasingly negative score (with perhaps the odd exception).

Get onto your rep next week and we can then sort out a national league table! :left:

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
