Have to confess that I was thinking along the same lines as soon as I read this thread, a league table posted in the warehouse for all managerial staff, with a set of rules known to the posties of how to change their increasingly negative score (with perhaps the odd exception).
Get onto your rep next week and we can then sort out a national league table!
