We get over 300 items a day on average and for various reasons we often have to check the postmarks. Is there any reason why the Thames Valley Mail Centre ones are always the hardest to read? It used to be Reading. Did they pinch the machines from there?

Some Reading machines moved to Swindon (TVMC), yes. To be fair the ones that came from Oxford can't do a decent postmark either. Blame it on not spending the money on keeping the cancellers up to scratch.
