Why would you work five hours with no break, when you are entitled to 30 minutes of paid break during a five hour shift?

RM grant you 30 minutes for a break for a shift of 5 hours to 7hrs 59 minutes but up to 6 there is no legal requirement to get a break. I only state this so everyone is aware of the current position.

If a 5 hr duty did not get a break though I hope a stand would be made by one and all, as though not a legal requirement it certainly is in our contract.
