My DOM said at xmas that if i didnt work extra days i wouldnt get my contract extended and iam still here! how can you sack someone for working there hours , its unbelievable how much s**t we have to put up with , 26 years service and near breaking point myself ,but still a human being more than i can say for some people DOM S no names mentioned just in case they are snooping

RM grant you 30 minutes for a break for a shift of 5 hours to 7hrs 59 minutes but up to 6 there is no legal requirement to get a break. I only state this so everyone is aware of the current position.
If a 5 hr duty did not get a break though I hope a stand would be made by one and all, as though not a legal requirement it certainly is in our contract.
